關於作者：
闫坤，二级研究员，博士生导师。现任中国社会科学院日本研究所党委书记、副所长。享受国务院政府特殊津贴，“新世纪百千万人才工程冶国家级人选。主要研究领域为宏观经济与财政理论等。主持国家社会科学基金和部委课题40多项，在《中国社会科学》《经济研究》《管理世界》等学术期刊上发表论文200余篇，并荣获全国第五次财政理论优秀科研成果一等奖和中国社会科学院优秀信息对策奖一等奖等多种奖项。
