《2020年美国侵犯人权报告》丛书由国务院新闻办公室组织相关专家编写，分为汉英对照、汉阿对照、汉俄对照、汉西对照四个版本，旨在揭露了在2020年新冠肺炎疫情肆虐的背景之下，一向自诩“民主自由”的美国公然践踏人权的恶劣行径以及以人权为幌子维护自身霸权的真相。2021年3月24日，国务院新闻办公室发表《2020年美国侵犯人权报告》，全文约1.5万字。报告分为序言、疫情严重失控酿成人间悲剧、美式民主失序引发政治乱象、种族歧视恶化少数族裔处境、社会持续动荡威胁公众安全、贫富日益分化加剧社会不公、践踏国际规则造成人道灾难七个部分，对美国侵犯人权的状况进行了揭露。 The series of “The Report on Human Rights Violations in the United States in 2020” was compiled by experts of State Council Information Office of the People’s Republic of China. It was divided into four versions， including Chinese-English version， Chinese-Arabic version， Chinese-Russian version， and Chinese-Spanish version. It aims to expose the terrible practices of the United States that openly advocate democracy and freedom in the background of the COVID-19 pneumonia epidemic in 2020 and the truth of using human rights as a cover to protect its own hegemony.On March 24， 2021， State Council Information Office of the People’s Republic of China issued The Report on Human Rights Violations in the United States in 2020， and the full text of report is about 15000 words.
