为扩大与沿线国家的职业教育合作,贯彻落实天津市启动实施的将优秀职业教育成果输出国门与世界分享计划的要求,职业教育作为与制造业联系最紧密的一种教育形式,正在发挥着举足轻重的作用。根据共建鲁班工坊的合作意向,首批印度来华培训教师在天津参加了印度鲁班工坊EPIP师资研修班,开展了为期一个月的师资培训。在印度建立的鲁班工坊为印度新能源企业和当地的中国企业培养急需的技术技能人才,实现优质资源共享。为了配合印度鲁班工坊的理论和实训教学,开展交流与合作,提高中国职业教育的国际影响力,创新职业院校国际合作模式,输出我国职业教育优秀资源,课题组编写了《风光互补发电技术》。
教材采用了项目导向、任务驱动的理念,构建光伏发电技术和风力发电技术基础知识与实际仿真系统实训相结合的课程内容,项目一 光伏、风力发电技术与应用由三个任务组成,着重对光伏发电技术的基础知识、测量技术、应用技术进行学习,对风力发电系统的基础知识、整体结构、变桨系统、液压系统等进行学习,并可以通过仿真系统进行实训。项目二 风光互补发电系统结构与存储,由四个任务组成,掌握风光互补发电系统理论基础、追日跟踪理论与实操、组件伏安特性测试技术、组件与蓄电池选择方法。项目三 风力发电与功率跟踪技术,由两个任务组成,学习风力机特性仿真方法、阵列最大功率跟踪算法。项目四 风光互补发电系统逆变器应用技术,由三个任务组成,学习组网理论及离网逆变器使用、并网逆变器应用以及并网逆变器参数设置与电能质量分析方法。项目五 风光互补发电实训系统应用,由四个任务组成,学习光伏发电系统、互补发电系统运行与调试技术理论与实际操作,能源监控管理系统组态设计的两种方法。
本教材由李云梅、刘靖主编,戴裕崴主审,王春媚、赵元元、丁玮、沈洁、李良君、皮琳琳、刘迪、Sankaramoorthy Rengaraj参加了编写工作。刘靖进行了框架设计和整体汇稿,李云梅对整体框架和全部内容进行了审核把关,并对英文部分章节进行了专业词汇的修订工作。刘靖、赵元元、李良君编写项目一,李云梅、沈洁、丁玮编写项目二,李云梅、刘靖编写项目三,刘靖、皮琳琳、刘迪、王春媚编写项目四和项目五。Sankaramoorthy Rengaraj复核全部实训任务的过程。

In order to enlarge the vocational educational cooperation with countries along the boundary and meet the demand of outputting excellent vocational performances abroad and sharing plans with the world,vocational education becomes more and more important being the form of education most close to manufacture industry.According to cooperative in inative of co-establishing Luban Workshop,the first group of Indian teachers attended training class for IndianLuban Workshop EPIP teaching staff and received one-month training.Luban Workshop established in India trains needed technological talents for Indian new energy enterprises and local Chinese enterprises and realizes co-sharing of excellent resources.In order to match up with theory and training teaching ofLuban Workshop,develop communication and cooperation,improve international influence of Chinese vocational education,innovate international cooperation module of vocational institutes and output domestic vocational educational resources,the task group compiled the textbook of Wind and Solar Hybrid Generation Technology.
The textbook adopts the theory of project orientation and task driving,combining the theory of photovoltaic power and wind generation technology with simulation system training.The Project One themed with photovoltaic power and wind generation technology and application consists of three tasks,focusing on fundamental knowledge,measuring technology and application of photovoltaic power generation technology,fundamental knowledge,integral structure,variable slurry system and hydraulic system of wind generation system and practice of simulation system.The Project Two themed with structure and storage of wind and solar hybrid generation system consists of four tasks which are mastering fundamental theories,sun tracking theory and practice,testing technology of components volt-ampere characteristic and selection ways of components and storage battery.The Project Three themed with wind generation and power tracking technology which includes two tasks, one of which is to learn simulation methods of wind machine characteristics and the other is to grasp tracking calculation of array maximum power.The Project Four themed with inverter application technology of wind and solar hybrid generation system consists of three tasks which are learning network theory and offnet inverter application,grid-connected inverter application and parameter setting and electric energy quality analysis methods of grid-connected inverters.The Project Five is the application of solar and wind hybrid generation training system which includes four tasks to learn photovoltaic power Generation Systems,operation and debugging technology theory and practice of solar and wind hybrid generation system and two methods of configuration design of energy monitoring and management system.
The book is chief compiled by Li Yunmei,Liu Jing and Wang Chunmei,Zhao Yuanyuan,Ding Wei,Shen Jie,Li Liangjun,Pi Linlin,Liu Di and Sankaramoorthy Rengaraj take part in compiling the book,among which Liu Jing is responsible for frame desian and illustrating draft and Li Yunmei checking the whole contents.Liu Jing,Zhao Yuanyuan and Li Liangjun compiled the Project One,Li Yunmei,Shen Jie and Ding Wei the Project Two,Li Yunmei and Liu Jing the three,Liu Jing,Pi Linlin,Liu Di and Wang Chunmei the forth and fifth projects,and Sankaramoorthy Rengaraj integrates and checks the whole training tasks.
