范海林，现任学位与研究生教育发展中心主任，《大学与学科》杂志主编，毕业于北京师范大学教育系。历任直属机关团委书记、直属机关党委办公室主任、直属高校工作司发展改革处处长、高等教育司副司长（直属高校工作办公室副主任）。
方方
----------------------------
方方，现任北京大学党委教师工作部部长、人事部部长、人才交流与培训中心主任（兼）、师资人才办公室主任（兼）《大学与学科》杂志主编，美国明尼苏达大学哲学博士。曾入选北京大学“优秀青年人才引进计划”，获“百人计划”特聘研究员职位。
