| 關於作者： |
常荷丽，副教授，聊城大学东昌学院外国语系主任，山东省翻译协会第六届理事会理事。1995年毕业于聊城师范学院英语教育专业，从教近30年，先后荣获“聊城市教学能手”、“山东省教学能手”“聊城市优秀教师”“聊城市巾帼建功标兵”等荣誉称号，多次荣获省级和全国英语比赛“优秀辅导教师”称号：公开发表论文18篇（8篇核心，1篇被SCI收录）；参编教材5部，主编教材1部；参与院级课题18项、组织参与院级精品课1门、主持4项省级以上课题并均已顺利结题。
邵小卉，女，中共党员，硕士研究生，副教授，现任商务英语教研室主任。主讲综合商务英语、高级商务英语、国际贸易单证等课程，公开发表论文7篇（其中两篇核心），独立主持并完成校级和省级课题两项，参与四项省级课题，主编商务英语教材两部。曾荣获“外研社”杯教学比赛一等奖，第九届及第十二届“外教社”杯全国高校外语教学大赛山东赛区商务英语组三等奖、优秀辅导员等荣誉。

(1) LLC (Limited Liability Company) A limited liability company (LLC) is a business structure in the U.S. that protects its owners from personal responsibility for its debts or liabilities. Limited liability companies are hybrid entities that combine the characteristics of a corporation with those of a partnership or sole proprietorship. 有限责任公司（LLC），美国的一种业务结构，可保护其所有者免于对其债务或负债承担个人责任。有限责任公司是结合了公司特征与合伙企业或独资企业特征的混合实体。
(2) EIN (Employer Identification Number) An Employer Identification Number (EIN) is also known as a Federal Tax Identification Number， and is used to identify a business entity. 雇主身份号码，又称联邦税识别号码，用来辨识企业实体。一般每个企业都需要跟一个 EIN。
